Bandhan Bank Opens New Branch in Sinapali: New branch inaugurated at Naka Chowk; local residents welcome expanded banking access

SINAPALI, SEPTEMBER 30: A new branch of Bandhan Bank was inaugurated at Naka Chowk in Sinapali town of Nuapada district on Wednesday, marking an important addition to the local banking infrastructure. The inauguration ceremony was held at around 12:30 pm in the presence of local residents, distinguished guests and bank officials. Senior advocate Baishampayan Meher and Sinapali Police Station IIC Maheswar Panigrahi jointly inaugurated the new branch. Following the inauguration, the guests visited the branch premises and interacted with the bank officials regarding the facilities and customer services to be provided through the new branch. Among those present on the occasion were Tulsiram Meher, Dambarudhar Meher, Golamani Sa, Narayan Patra, Ariranjan Joshi, Trinath Meher, Nanda Kumar Patra, Prahallad Meher, Bhishmaraj Majhi, Sushant Meher, Bhishma Das and Anand Meher, along with several local residents and women. Bandhan Bank Banking Unit Manager Bhakta Majhi, Operations Executive Debaraj Jagat and Relationship Officer Ashwin Kumar Jagat, along with other staff members, played an active role in organising the inaugural programme. Bank officials also briefed the guests and local people about various banking services and facilities available at the new branch. The opening of the branch is expected to provide greater convenience to residents of Sinapali and surrounding areas for their day-to-day banking requirements. Small traders, farmers, women, workers and other customers are expected to benefit from easier access to banking services closer to their homes. For many residents who previously had to travel to other locations for banking-related work, the new branch is expected to reduce the need for such travel and make routine financial transactions more convenient. The new branch is also expected to contribute to greater access to formal banking services in the area and facilitate smoother financial transactions among local residents and businesses. Bank officials emphasised providing simple, convenient and customer-friendly services from the newly opened branch.
